A message dated June 7, 2002, was received stating the Governor has                                 
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                            
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                    
                                                                                                    
     SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 507(TRA)                                                          
     "An Act naming the Trooper Hans-Peter Lothar Roelle Memorial                                   
     Weigh Station, the Officer Justin Todd Wollam Memorial Bike                                    
     Trail, the Mail Carrier Emil Wegner Memorial Corridor, and the                                 
     Katelyn Ohmer Markley Bridge; relating to the naming of the                                    
     Wendy Ann Cogdell Memorial Rest Area; and providing for an
